Hi, I’m Tim. I live with my wife, Bridget, in the small village of East Cowton, near Northallerton. Marrying Bridget was the best thing I ever did. After Bridget, my big passion is photography which is why I adore being a wedding photographer.
I studied photography at Harrogate College of Art and at Cleveland College of Art & Design. I’ve worked in many areas of photography, including magazines, advertising, public relations and industrial photography. I’ve taught it at degree level, and set up Tim Stewart Photography in 1989 and have covered well over 400 weddings. In 2016 I qualified as an Associate with the British Institute of Professional Photography, one of only a handful of wedding photographers in the region to have achieved this.
I would love the honour of photographing your wedding.
